We provide AI-generated contract analysis reports for a one-time fee. After payment, you submit your contract by email as described on the home page and in your confirmation email. We deliver a PDF report, typically within 24 hours, containing a Contract Safety Score, clause-by-clause analysis, and recommendations.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Your report is yours to use, share, or forward as you see fit; our branding and report template design remain our property.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may decline to fulfill an order at our discretion (for example, if we cannot reliably analyze the submitted document), in which case we will offer a full refund. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, b) your reliance on a report as legal advice despite this Terms document and our Disclaimer stating it is not, or c) a breach of these Terms.

In no event shall the company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, or any decision made based on a report, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, that a report is free of errors or omissions, or that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
