The Company ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data, and specifically the contract documents you send us, when you use our Service.

Your Contract Is Confidential

We never store your contract on our servers. Your contract file is extracted and processed entirely in your browser, then sent directly, along with your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini API key, to your chosen AI provider to generate your report. We do not see it, save a copy of it, or use it to train any model — it passes through our systems only for the moment it takes to relay your request, and is not retained afterward.

Definitions

  • Service — The Service is the website operated by us, the company.
  • Personal Data — Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data.
  • Contract Data — The contract document(s) and any related metadata (contract type, situation, parties) you submit to us for review.
  • Usage Data — Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
  • Data Controller — For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your Personal Data and Contract Data.

Information Collection and Use

We collect the following types of information to provide the Service:

  • Contract Data — the contract file or text you paste or upload into the app after unlocking it, extracted in your browser and relayed with your own AI provider API key to generate your report; never stored on our servers.
  • Personal Data — your name and email address, collected via the Stripe checkout when you purchase access to the app.
  • Usage Data — standard web analytics (IP address, browser type, pages visited) from visiting the site.

Use of Data

We use the collected data for these purposes:

  • To generate the reports and documents you request within the app
  • To send order confirmations and respond to support requests
  • To gather analysis so that we can improve our Service
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues

We do not use your Contract Data for marketing, and we do not sell any Personal Data or Contract Data to third parties.

Retention of Data

Contract Data is never stored on our servers, as stated above — there is nothing to retain or delete. Personal Data (name, email, order records) is retained as needed for order history, support, and legal/tax compliance, and Usage Data is retained for internal analysis only as long as necessary.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using your Personal Data and Contract Data is that we need to perform a contract with you (delivering the report you purchased), you have given us permission to do so by submitting your contract, or the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data and Contract Data, may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Your submission of information to us represents your agreement to that transfer.

Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service. Your Contract Data is relayed only to the AI provider you yourself choose and authorize (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini) using your own API key — we do not disclose it to any other party.

Security of Data

The security of your data, especially your Contract Data, is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Data Protection Rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your Personal Data at any time by contacting us. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. Your Contract Data is not stored by us, so there is nothing on our servers to access or delete.

Service Providers

We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers have access to your Personal Data only as needed to perform these services and are obligated not to use it for other purposes. Your Contract Data is sent directly to the AI provider you select and authorize in the app (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini), using an API key you supply — that provider's own privacy policy and terms govern their handling of your data once it reaches them. Note that on Google Gemini's free (unpaid) tier, Google may use and human-review what you submit to train their AI; for confidential contracts, we recommend enabling billing on your Gemini key or using Anthropic or OpenAI.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date above.
